Law 124/2017 Requirements
According to the annual market and competition law (Law 124/2017), companies that received more than 10,000 euros in contributions from public administrations and companies owned by public administrations in the previous year are required to publish on their websites information relating to subsidies, contributions, paid assignments and economic advantages of any kind received in the previous year.
