Payment methods

We accept the most widely used payment methods to ensure secure payment.

The payment methods we accept are: PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro,Poste Pay, Mastercard, American Express.

We do not accept bank transfers and checks, and it is not possible to place orders by phone. Upon completion of the order, you will receive an email notification.
If at the time of shipping some item should be unavailable, the charged amount will correspond to the items actually shipped.

To cancel an order, contact Customer Service at the email address ordini@chiaradalba.it stating in the subject the order number received via email,to receive the necessary support.
