Can I return a product?
Yes. European legislation establishes that for a product purchased outside a shop (online, by telephone or by mail), you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without any justification.
Attention: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
Is there anything to pay to request a return?
Yes. The cost for collecting the return package is €5
What is the time frame for making a return?
The deadline for returning a product is 14 days from receipt.
It is not possible to cancel an order while it is being shipped.
Chiaradalba reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent out of time, or items that are not delivered in the same condition in which they were received.
How can I make a return?
- access My Account > Orders > Return (corresponding to the order to be returned);
- From the drop-down menu choose the item to return;
- Indicate the Reason for the return;
- Click on Add item to return, to add other products to be returned;
- Once completed, press Send;
- We will send a courier to collect the return package from your chosen address.
Can I decide to keep the item after requesting the return online?
No. Once the return procedure has been started, it cannot be suspended.
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as they are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
Consider the following exceptions:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Underwear: underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Accessories: Must be returned with complete original packaging.
- Perfumes: must be returned in their initial sealed packaging.
When will I receive the refund amount?
You will receive the amount with the same payment method used at the time of purchase within approximately 10-14 days depending on the bank.
